HEAT PRESS INSTRUCTIONS
Cover with Teflon sheet or multi-purpose paper
Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds
Apply design at 305 degrees Celsius (150 degrees F)
Use medium pressure for 10-15 seconds
Peel carrier cold
